To access the App's features, you are required to create an account. During this process, we collect the following information which is securely transmitted to and stored on our backend service provider, Appwrite:

• Email Address (Used for authentication and account recovery)
• Password (Encrypted in transit and at rest)
• Full Name (Provided during registration)

1.2 Device Permissions & Data (Offline/Local Storage)

We respect your privacy. The following data is collected for the app's functionality but is stored exclusively on your local device using an offline database (Hive). This data is never transmitted to our servers:

• Profile Photo: With your permission, the app accesses your device's gallery or camera. If you choose to upload a photo, it is stored locally on your device for your profile display.
• Personal Stats: Details such as age, weight, and height that you input are stored locally.
• Workout & Attendance Logs: Your weekly workout plans and interactive attendance calendar marks are stored locally.

2. Use of Device Permissions

To provide its features, the App requires certain permissions on your device. You can control these permissions in your device settings:

• Internet Permission: This is required to communicate securely with Appwrite for user login and account authentication.
• Camera/Storage (Photos/Media) Permission: This is required if you choose to upload a profile photo to your private local profile.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App.
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account (via Appwrite).
• Display your personal stats, workout plans, and attendance history locally on your device.
• Improve the user experience of the App.

4. Security of Your Data

The security of your data is very important to us. Data stored online (Email, Password) is managed by Appwrite, which uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your information. Data stored locally on your device (Photos, Stats, Logs) is subject to the security of your physical device.

We use third-party services to support the App's functionality. This Third-Party Service Provider has its own Privacy Policy addressing how they handle your data:

• Appwrite: Used for secure user authentication and online account management.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your online authentication data (Email/Password) for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

Data stored locally on your device (Workout Plans, Stats, Photos) will remain on your device until you manually clear the App's data or uninstall the App.
